Using our Global Searching Feature

    LucidTrac's Global Search feature allows you to quickly and easily find the information you need, whether you're looking for a specific location, contact, service ticket, or piece of equipment. Simply type what you're looking for into the search bar and LucidTrac will display all of the relevant results. You can even filter your results by type, so if you know you're looking for a location, you can just select that option from the drop-down menu. LucidTrac's Global Search is the fastest and easiest way to find the information you looking for.

    You can access our global search several ways. First via the primary search bar. 

    By default the search categories will include the modules you have access to.

    LucidTrac is a powerful search engine that can help you find the information you need quickly and easily. However, when you are searching for data, it is important to keep in mind that sometimes less is more. For example, if you are trying to find an address or a name, searching for "Sample from Home" may yield too much non-relevant data. Instead, try chaining items together to narrow your search results and find the specific information you are looking for. LucidTrac makes it easy to find the data you need, so you can focus on what's important.

    The next place you can run a Global Search is from the main block menu itself.

    Say I wanted to run a Global Search for the term "400"; 

     

    The platform will return your results broken up in to the the following sections if any records are found. 

    • Accounts

    • Accounts Contacts

    • Leads

    • Leards Contacts

    • Service Tickets
       
    • Inventory Assets

     

    Search section is also equipt with search filtering on the returned results allowing you to narrow down the data even more.
