Our Appointment Booking Pages provide a unique way for individuals and organizations to personalize their booking experience. Our easy-to-use platform allows customers to quickly create custom landing pages with all the features they need to manage appointments. Guests can easily book appointments according to your ideal settings, such as hours of operation or appointment lengths.
You can manage your personal booking pages via your calendar from your profile page. You can click on your name in upper right corner and then View Profile on the menu that expands.
Once your profile page loads you can see your calendar and the green Manage Your Appointment Pages button.
Clicking on the button will bring out our Administrative slider window where you can manage your Booking Pages.
Once loaded you can see a table with the following basic sortable and searchable columns:
- Page Title
- Lasting
- Days
- Start
- End
- Created
- Modified
- Status
- URL
You can also create a new Booking page by clicking on the button. This will load your section where you can create and layout your page settings.
You will be able to set the following items at this stage of the creation process.- Booking Page Title
- Available Days of the Week
- Block Booking Time
- Allowed Start Time
- Allowed End Time
- Booking Body
- Show Your Email Address
- Show Your Primary Phone #
- Show Your Mobile Phone #
- Show Your Picture
- Show Your Footer
- Show Social Sharing Icons
- Booking Page Status
- Booking Page Days to Show on Calendar
Once you have created your booking page our systems will provide you your custom short URL that you can share, use for emails and or sms marketing.
Our systems will also breakdown your potential weekly bookings onscreen so you can see how some # perspectives as your program your page.
Here is an example of a generated bookings page.Your LucidTrac calendar will then show your appointments that are created as shown below.
Take note that some appointment have a * in front of them. This denotes this appointment is both found on the LucidTrac platform and linked via an external calendar such as Google Calendar.
Please also note that all appointments created via the a bookings page will automatically be tagged as an Unconfirmed Appointment. You can mark these appointments as confirmed from your main Dashboard widget called "My Upcoming Appointments".
You can find the My Upcoming Appointments via the Dash Menu button - although its placement may vary based on your allocated modules.
This is the My Appointments Dashboard widget as it loads on your page, from here you can change the Viewing window (Date Range) and run filters based on the searching of the table data.
As you can see we have a column titled Confirmed with either a YES or NO as a value. When an appointment is Unconfirmed your NO value will allow you to mark it as confirmed right from this panel.
The system will also send your participants an email informing them you have confirmed the appointment. Take note that clicking on NO will bring you the following confirmation window.
You can at this point also include a message to your participants such as additional appointment information like online meeting URLs or additional instructions.
The platform will send an email that looks similar to this one shown below. It will also include any message you sent along with your confirmation request.
If you where to click on the event Date & Time via the Dashboard widget you will get new modal where you can take several key actions such as Edit, Delete or Cancel the appointment.
The menu buttons shown here will allow you to take those actions accordingly.
Edit Appointment - From here you can change any part of the appointment data.
You can also choose to add / remove additional participants and update / update and notify parties of your changes.
Delete Appointment - No notices will be sent to any party when this action is taken.
Cancel Appointment - This action will send all participants involved a notice off appointment cancelation.
This is a sample of the email that will be sent when you cancel an appointment via the system.

Understanding your LucidTrac calander, features, layouts and possible intagrations.
You can access your calendar for several places on the ERP but from your dashboard will be the best place. You can reach the system dashboard by clicking on the Dashboard button of the systems main menu block. The LucidTrac Calander will show your work through the ERP platform based on the actions you have taken. It will also show you any appointments created for you by your team or yourself.
You can find your Appointments & Activity Calendar on the main dashboard and is should look like the calendar below.
You calendar will display the times of each event based on the timezone your account has setup.
You can click the pencil next to the Timezone to correct it if needed. The will then reload the calendar displaying the new Timezone.
If you can not find the calendar you can you the DASH MENU button to locate the calendar on your dash. Remember you can also hide, show and move dashboard widgets via the LucidTrac - Dashboard Learn article.
The calendar has 1 basic view control area where you can change the view and the date range.
The buttons on the Left deal with moving the date by either Month <> or Year <<>> respectively. You can also use the Today button to get back to date your system loaded the calendar page originally.
Here is an example of a your calendar loaded in List view one of the buttons on the Right Side of the Calendar
Clicking on one of the events in you calendar will allow you to view that events data.
If you have made a call using your dedicated outbound line you can even listen to your call recordings through your activity calendar.
You can create an appointment by using the create appointment button. This will make a standard appointment under your location for any one of the contacts available in your organization. We will cover on creating appointments for Your LucidTrac Lead/Account/Contact Calendars here.
Step 1 - Who is it for?
Step 2 - Use Calendar to select the Data / Time of the new appointment. First click on the Day you want say November 15th
Step 3 - Select the Starting Time of the new appointment. You can use your mouse to drag the PENDING BLUE EVENT as needed. Once you are satisfied with the start time you can then click your GREEN continue button.
Step 6 - Setting the Appointment Length & and Drive To / From Times. You will also be able to set the Event Title and provide a Description here as well. Note if you have integrated your Google Calendar this process will also create an appointment for you on that calendar as well. Once you are satisfide with your data you can click your CREATE APPOINTMENT button to continue.
Appointments that are created for you will appear in Blue as shown below.
Those that are stared have been created with a Linked Calander - Like Google Calendar and have been found in BOTH Places. While those without are just withing the ERP calendar only.

Summerizes how to create and view your LucidTrac Lead / Account calendars.
You can find this calendar on the right side panel of any Lead/Account or Contacts pages.
This calendar will display all the activity for this location that was done by anyone in their organization and you and your users. This calendar will work in the exact same way as describe in our Your LucidTrac Calendar Learn article.There are some slight differences in how you create the appointment and we have that highlighted here.
Step 1 - Click Add New Appointment button
Step 2 - Select Date / Time of Appointment - Your LucidTrac Calendar Learn article on how to navigate the calendar to set the Date / Time. You can then click on the GREEN CONTINUE button to move forward.
Step 3 - Fill in the remaining Items like the Length of the Appointment, Drive To/From times, Title, Description and the whom in this Lead/Account this new appointment is for. It is a this time you can also select for whom in your team this appointment is for. Remember if your team member has an * next to their name, this denotes they have integrated a third party calendar like Google Calendar as well. Once you are content with your data you can click the GREEN CREATA APPOINTMENT button to finish.
