Allows you to view all call logs for a lead/account contact and from the various places to view them.
You can view all the call logs for any contact right from the contacts profile page. Using the floater footer bar you can click on View Activity History icon as shown below.
This will bring you to the Recent Activity section where you can now select Call Logs from the radio group.
Exposing any call logs for this contact. Keep in mind that we bring the last 30 days by default and you can use the View All link to get all the records for any given contact.
You can also click on a call logs - View ling next to the call date to view extended call info such as disposition and any recordings that may be available.
This information is also available via the Your LucidTrac Lead/Account/Contact Calendars where call logs appear in Dark Purple
Clicking on any call log or event will display that call log information including any recordings.
