Allows access to the Call Backs Dashboard where users can manage their call back reminders
You can access the Call Backs Dashboard via the Main Menu button shown below
This will bring you to a layout that looks similare to this one
You can use the block menu per line item to access additional call back information
There are 3 differant colors for what state the call back is in
- Pending State
- Past Due State
- Completed State
There are several differant options on this menu
Option 1:
Using this button will allow you view the Activty Window for that account / lead with varouse controls and options including calander services.
Option 2:Once you click on the COG
As you can see you can add a new Call Log, New Note, New Call Back and Manage the Callback you click on the COG for.

Our email validation service includes several key factors to ensure the validity of your email addresses. We check the email against multiple layers of verification, including MX validation, domain validation, and SMTP verification. This ensures that your email is sent to a valid email address and that the email server is active and accepting emails. We also provide suggestions in case the domain is misspelled, such as suggesting a correction to "gmial.com" to "gmail.com."
