Free Email Support

Every LucidTrac user has access to our free email support service. Simply send an email to our support team, [email protected] and a service ticket will be triggered to ensure that your issue is addressed in a timely and efficient manner. We'll work with you to troubleshoot the issue, provide guidance on how to use specific features, or help you with any other questions you may have.
 

Hourly 1-on-1 Training

If you're looking for more hands-on guidance, our hourly 1-on-1 training option may be just what you need. Depending on your package, you may have access to this training option as part of your subscription. To book a training session, simply visit our LucidTrac ERP 1 Hour Support/Training page. Each appointment is unconfirmed pending approval from our team. Once your appointment has been approved and confirmed, our team will update your request with meeting details, so you'll have all the information you need to make the most of your training session.
 

Block Hours of Training

For those who need even more intensive training or support, we offer block hours of training time that can be used as needed. These blocks are sold in increments of 5 hours, with the option to purchase additional blocks as necessary. The best part is that these block hours do not expire once purchased, so you can use them as needed without worrying about a deadline. This option is ideal for businesses that are implementing LucidTrac for the first time or that have specific training needs that require more in-depth support.
